Getting started with PBJ Pickup is pretty simple. A few steps and you can be on your way, using our tool to help your organization. In short, it's a piece of cake.
What's the first step?
To get started, you need two things: a credit card to use to create your account and an excel list of your students. When signing up you create your account online in a few minutes. Once you're logged in, add your staff as users, create your schedule and upload your roster - our system does the rest. Parents are automatically emailed with information on setting up their accounts and how to docs for adding authorizations. Same is true for your staff when you create their user account.
What help is available?
We understand that it's easy on our end to say getting started is a piece of cake. We're committed to being available to our customers to answer questions. We have training videos available, how to documents, webinars, email and phone support. But, we also try our best to make an intuitive product, with regular updates, so that you can get started and roll it out in your way, on your timeline.
